Actor Tunisha Sharma died by suicide on the sets of her television serial. The actor's last rites were conducted on Tuesday at the Mumbai crematory on Mira Road.

As her final rituals were being done, the actor's mother Vanita Sharma broke down in tears. She passed out and was wheeled in a chair to her car. People were fanning Vanita and trying to stabilise her in a few photos from her daughter's final rites that surfaced online. She didn't wake up and a few individuals carried her while seated in a chair.
