Shiv Sena will surely form the government : Manohar Joshi

Shiv Sena leader Manohar Joshi said that they will surely form the government. He also mentioned that they have no idea about the Congress party stand on Maharashtra's scenario. People of the state also want Shiv Sena to form the government. Manohar joshi is hopeful that things will definitely change and Maharashtra will have the CM from Shiv Sena.
