Sensex surges 500 points as US-Iran tensions ease
Sensex rallied 500.44 pts to 41,318.18 in opening session on Thursday morning and Nifty surged 151.65 pts to 12,177. Meanwhile, rupee also strengthened 22 paise to 71.48 per dollar in early trade as US, Iran tensions appeared diffusing after Donald Trump said he was ready to embrace peace, in his last address.
