Sambit Patra on Centre's reply on deaths due to oxygen shortage: Centre doesn't generate data

After the allegations of the opposition, now BJP's national spokesperson Sambit Patra has retaliated by holding a press conference. On this issue, Patra has accused Arvind Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi of dual attitude. Sambit Patra said, "The Center is saying that health is a matter of the states/union territories and we only collect the data that the states send.
