Modi govt is benefiting from electoral bond, says Kapil Sibal

Congress leader Kapil Sibal alleged that Modi has legalised corruption. He also said that the Centre is benefiting from electoral bond.
Sibal said, "The Modi government made such a change in the rules that the direct benefit is going straight to their government. Now is that BJP is getting almost 95% of the donations from big corporates, and that is how Modi is getting such programs and money to spend during elections."
