Ministers can scold the officials, Shivpal on Swati Singh case

Shivpal Yadav commented on UP state Minister, Swati Singh's case of threatning a police officer. He said that Ministers can scold the officials and put their point of view. If Ministers will not scold then who else will? In a Democracy the Ministers have this much right.
While talking about his future plans he said that his party Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party is preparing for 2022 elections.
