Mid-term elections announced in Nepal; Prez dissolves Parliament

Nepal's President Vidya Devi Bhandari has announced a mid-term election, dissolving the parliament. There will be mid-term elections in Nepal on 12 and 19 November. President Vidya Devi Bhandari rejected the claims of both Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to form the government. Oli claimed to have the support of 153 members, while Deuba claimed to have 149 MPs.
