Maharashtra Monsoon: Flood & landslides kill 112 | Ground Report
The death toll due to floods and landslides triggered by heavy rains in the last three days in Pune and Konkan divisions of Maharashtra has risen to 112. Most of the dead include 52 people from Raigad district. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that the intensity of rain is likely to decrease over the west coast in the next 24 hours, giving relief to the rain-hit Maharashtra and Goa.
