Know proceedings over Maha govt in Supreme Court

Proceedings over Maharashtra government turmoil has started in the Supreme Court. Kapil Sibal has raised questions over Governor's role and demanded that floor test should be done today only. As per him the revoke President's rule seems to be one sided. On the other hand the court feels that they should have approached the High Court instead of directly appealing to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court Judge said that if Governor feels satisfied then he can invite the political party to form the government.
