JNU VC appeals for peace, ensures timely registration

Jawaharlal Nehru University Vice-Chancellor M. Jagadesh Kumar has appealed to the students to maintain peace after the violence that broke out on the campus last night. "Would like to appeal all the students to maintain peace. We will ensure that the winter semester registration take place on time", the VC has stated in his statement.  On Sunday, a violent clash erupted inside the JNU campus in which 18 students were reportedly injured.
