For the last three to four days, the weather pattern has deteriorated in the country. While snowfall continues in many areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, on the other hand, it is raining continuously in entire North India including Punjab, Haryana and Delhi-NCR. Snowfall and rain have increased the chill on the mountains.
