Will Hathras case have same fate as Sushant case?
The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday recommended a CBI probe into the Hathras gang-rape incident. But the track record of CBI is not very good when it comes to complicated cases. The most recent example is the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. In the Hathras case, CBI will have to first ascertain whether it was a gangrape or not. This will be difficult to prove as the evidence is lost.
