West Bengal Elections: Dilip Ghosh attacks TMC, says 'They commit hooliganism then complain to EC'

During the first phase of the West Bengal elections, Dilip Ghosh has made a big charge on TMC. Ghosh says that TMC itself commits hooliganism and then complain to the EC. Voting is going on today for the first phase in West Bengal and Assam. In both states, the number of voters in the first phase is more than 1.54 crore. Voting is being held in 30 seats in 5 districts in the first phase of Bengal.
