Vistara Airlines Employees To Receive VRS Scheme Launch, Find Out How It Will Work | Paisa Live

The merger between Air India and Vistara Airlines has reached its final stages, prompting significant changes for employees. Following Air India's lead, Vistara has introduced a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for employees affected by the merger. This scheme is designed to offer an option for voluntary separation to those who have been with the airline for at least five years. In addition to the VRS, Vistara has also launched a Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS). These measures are part of the airline's efforts to manage workforce adjustments during the merger process.
