Bharatiya Janata Party won with flying colours in Manipur, Uttarakhand, UP and Goa but a few questions are still unanswered. These include the names of Chief Ministers for Goa, Manipur and Uttarakhand. Deputy CMs for Uttar Pradesh is still undecided too.
