UP is not safe: Jaya Bachchan on rape cases

Jaya Bachchan was talking to media when she said that Uttar Pradesh was not safe at all. "If I tell about various incidents of UP, you will be shocked," Jaya exclaimed. Before that she said that it was shameful for India as rape cases were reported every day and MPs were not even allowed to raise the issue
