UP: BJP MLA violates norms during procession amid corona pandemic

Legislator Yogendra Upadhyay, who arrived in Agra after becoming the Chief Whip of the Bharatiya Janata Party Legislature, was strongly welcomed by activists and supporters. A large procession also took place on the streets of the city during the ban.
