All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has expressed surprise at the decision of the District and Sessions Court in the Gyanvapi case of Varanasi. On January 31, District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh had given permission to the Hindu side to perform puja in the basement of Vyasji located in the Gyanvapi complex. A few hours later, aarti and puja were performed there. Regarding all this, AIMPLB said that it is wrong that the court gave 7 days time to the administration to make arrangements for the puja, but all the arrangements were made in the night itself and the puja was also done, while the case is yet to be heard.
