Top 20: EC sends notice to CM Kejriwal for violating code of conduct

The Election Commission (EC) issued a notice to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for violating Model Code of Conduct. CM Kejriwal had shared a video via his Twitter account as it had the potential to disturb communal harmony. 

According to reports, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief will have to respond to the notice till 5 pm on Saturday. If he fails to do so, then EC will take an action against him.
