Ties with China significantly damaged: S Jaishankar

External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar, said that China gave five different explanations for deploying a large number of army personnel at the Line of Actual Control (LAC). He added that such an attitude and violation of numerous pacts had significantly damaged the ties with the neighbouring country.

"We are in the most difficult phase of relationship with China," he added.
