There can be no technical reason for removal of non-AC coaches: Sukhbir Singh
Sukhbir Singh, a former railway board member talked to ABP News about the Railways decision to have only AC coaches in the trains which run at a speed of 130km per hour.
He added that "There can be no mechanical, electrical or other technical reason for removing non AC coaches. Non AC coaches have been running without any problem in many trains of 130 speed. The kilometer running cost and maintenance cost will be higher on AC coach, capital cost will also be higher i.e. overall operating cost will be higher which will increase fares"
