'Tadap Tadap kar ye marein,' says Shivraj Chouhan on rape culprits
Shivraj Singh Chouhan was talking to ABP News exclusively when he demanded strictest of the punishments for any rape culprit. He said, "Tadap tadap ke ye marein, tab darr paida hoga." While talking about rape cases in Madhya Pradesh he said that 26 people have been given capital punishments but the process of Judiciary had delayed their hangings.
