Sudeeksha Bhati death: Culprits still at large

Sudeeksha Bhati, who received a government scholarship of Rs 3.83 crore from Bobson College in the United States of America, died in a road accident on Monday. She was headed towards her destination when few hooligans started following her. During the chase, Sudiksha fell off from the bike and died

The law and order in Uttar Pradesh is being questioned once again.

On the other hand, none of the hooligans have been caught by the police until now.
