Srinagar: Mercury dips to -8 degree Celsius, lowest in 8 years

Srinagar has recorded the lowest temperature in the last eight years. Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of minus 8 degrees Celsius. Cold wave is likely to continue in parts of Rajasthan, Haryana, and Delhi. The effect of cold northwest winds is now visible in parts of eastern India, due to which the temperature has dropped by 1 or 2 degrees
