Special Bulletin For Differently-Abled People (15.06.2020)

The Supreme Court today pronounced its verdict in the matter, stating that the employee and employer (company) should settle the matter by mutual agreement. A hearing was held in the Supreme Court today on the matter of giving 54 days full salary to the employees during the lockdown.

The Supreme Court gave its ruling on a number of petitions filed by several companies, including MSMEs, challenging the Home Ministry's order to pay full salaries and pay to employees during the 54-day period of lockdown
