Shaheen Bagh: Protesters' demand for march to Amit Shah's house rejected

Police said that late Saturday night protesters asked permission for 5000 people to march to residence of Home Minister Amit Shah which has been denied. However, the security deployment has been increased in the area with multiple layers of barricading to stop the protesters from marching to Amit Shah's house. The protests at Shaheen Bagh have been going on for over 60 days.
