RG Kar Ex-Principal Dr Sandip Ghosh Undergoes Polygraph Test | ABP News
On Saturday, Dr Sandip Ghosh, the former principal of Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College, underwent a polygraph test administered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). This test followed alleged inconsistencies in his statements about the brutal rape and murder of a junior doctor at RG Kar Hospital on August 9. The CBI's probe into the incident has also led to a special court in Kolkata permitting lie detector tests on two first-year post-graduate doctors, housekeeping staff, and one hospital intern who were on duty that day. Media reports indicate that fingerprints from two doctors were found in the seminar room where the crime occurred. Additionally, CCTV footage captured the housekeeping staff moving between floors and the intern interacting with the victim before the crime.
