Rajasthan Crisis: Sanjay Jain arrested, booked for sedition

Amid allegations of horse trading of MLAs, Special Operations Group (SOG) of Rajasthan police has arrested BJP leader Sanjay Jain. Jain's name has appeared in an audio clip allegedly between Union Miniser Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and rebel Congress MLAs. Jain has been booked under Section 124A of IPC ie Sedition and Section 120B ie criminal conspiracy. An FIR has also been filed against Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
