PM Modi congratulates J&K Gram Panchayat for breaking the chain

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was LIVE as he talked to the Sarpanchs from across India via video conferencing. He launched the e-GramSwaraj portal and then talked to Jammu and Kashmir's Narwaw Gram Panchayat Mohammad Iqbal. When Mohd Iqbal told about the steps taken in his region, PM Modi was impressed. He praised him for the efforts and urged him to keep following 2 Gaj Ki Doori mantra
