PM Modi calls Cooch Behar incident unfortunate, demands strict action

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Siliguri, Assam when he termed the Cooch Behar incident as unfortunate. He demanded strict action from Election Commission over it.

On the other hand, Mamata Banerjee has called it a conspiracy on the part of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. She said that Shah had planned to kill people and then called it as defence.
