PM Modi at SCO Summit: 'Need to make India a manufacturing hub' | ABP News
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Samarkand for the SCO Summit. During his speech, PM Modi said that India was to be turned into a manufacturing hub. He also said that SCO summit would bring the member countries closer. As usual, PM Modi delivered his speech in Hindi language.
