Prime Minister Narendra Modi was speaking LIVE to all the residents of India. He praised Indians for the unity they showed during lockdown. PM Modi said, "On April 5, switch off all the lights at your respective houses. Then, light up diyas, candles or torches at your doorstep at 9 pm. Do this for nine minutes."
