Opposition attacks UP govt on refusing to impose a 6-day lockdown
The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh is being attacked by the Opposition after refusing to impose six-day lockdown in five cities as per the orders of Allahabad High Court. The Opposition said that the government was not doing its job and hence the court had to intervene.
Delhi has imposed a 6 lockdown to keep the healthcare system from collapsing under pressure.
