Odisha Special Armed Police constable dies while watching IPL on mobile

In this shocking incident, an Odisha Special Armed Police (OSAP) constable died tragically when on Tuesday he was watching an Indian Premier League (IPL) match on his mobile phone and in the meantime the OSAP Constable lost his balance and fell from the third floor.

This incident is from the Chandi area of the Rayagada district of Odisha. He suddenly lost his balance in excitement during the match and accidentally fell down from the roof.
