Noida wall Collapse : 4 labourers killed as wall of under construction building collapses, who is to blame?

One of the boundary walls at Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 21, Noida fell on Tuesday morning. The cause of the collapse has yet to be determined.The fire brigade department is also on site to assist with cleanup efforts and search operations for any injured victims.
