Navy rescues Indians stranded in Maldives
The Indian Navy has sent two of its ships to the Maldives to bring stranded Indians back home. The ships are INS Jalashwa and INS Magar. The rescue operation is set to bring back over 600 Indians.
These Indians have been stranded in Male, the capital of Maldives after a nationwide lockdown was implemented to contain the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
