Lockdown: People stuck will be allowed to go home, conditions applied

Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an order according to which labourers, tourists, students and devotees stuck in various parts of the country during the lockdown, will be allowed to travel back to their home. However, they will have to follow certain conditions. 

At the same time, the onus is on the states as they will have to take care of the travel arrangements of these stranded people from state to state.
