Leh, Kargil experience coldest nights so far; Dras temperature dips below zero degrees

The national capital is shivering these days as the minimum temperature has dipped down to 4 degrees celsius. Throughout the day the temperature remained at 3.5 degrees.

This is because of heavy snowfall in the hilly regions. The lowest temperature in Dras was -28.5 degree Celcius.
