The prices of pulses are increasing day by day. Within the last 15 days, there has been a 35 percent jump in the prices of pulses. The reason behind it is black marketing.
Something similar was happening in Pilibhit where DM Pulkit Khare made a surprise inspection and pulled up the officers of the purchase centre. Post that, he suspended four of the officers. The farmers then gave the DM a standing ovation.
