Kishori Pednekar discusses Mumbai's prep for third covid wave

Mumbai's mayor Kishore Pednekar reveals that the state is preparing for the third Covid wave. She revealed that they will scale Covid beds by over 10,000, and is in the process of setting up 16 oxygen plants across the city.
