Kejriwal govt to issue e-passes to those providing necessary services
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addressed the people via video conferencing. He said that there were many people who were providing essential services and were performing vital duties. For them the curfew will be relaxed. Such people can show IDs and get through. He added that the ones who do not have IDs will be given e-passes. These passes are available by giving a ring to 1031
