Karnataka: Chaos in Bellary over essential goods distribution

People in Karnataka's Bellary violated the lockdown and social distancing rules in the presence of state forest minister Anand Singh. Singh was there to distribute essential goods to the needy but soon there was a lot of chaos at the site as people starting running here and there avoiding social distancing guidelines.
