JNU VC: Many students are staying illegally in hostels
JNU Vice-Chancellor, Jagdeesh Kumar met JNU students on Saturday. After meeting the students, VC made a big statement adding that some students are staying illegally in the JNU hostel. These students may have their involvement in the violence which broke out on the campus on January 5. "This is a problem that many illegal students are staying in hostels, they could be outsiders, they maybe participating in any possible violence because they have nothing to do with the university," Kumar said.
