J&K: Encounter underway in Rambagh

Jammu and Kashmir: An encounter has started at the Rambagh area of Srinagar. Police and Central Reserve Police Force are on the matter. Security forces say that one of the trapped terrorists is a foreigner. They are also expecting to find more than one terrorist at the spot. Further details are awaited. Watch ground report from Srinagar.
