Is there no understanding amid NDA over population control law?

Amid Uttar Pradesh government, is all set propel on population control, BJP MPs Rakesh Sinha will introduce private members' bills on the same parliament. These bills focus on disincentivising couples having more than two children by making them ineligible for government jobs and subsidies. Now, expressing his views on the same, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar opposed it and said that it is not a right to impose something on people and one should make them understand the severity of the matter.
