IRCTC scam: Kingpin writes a mail to RPF from Dubai

The main accused and kingpin of the IRCTC scam Hamid Ashraf has sent an mail to the Railway Protection Force. The mail reads that if he is paid Rs 2 lakh a month, then he will solve the technical glitch in the IRCTC website. He said that there is no use of catching him as the fault will remain in the IRCTC site and someone else will misuse it. The RPF is now investigating how serious is Ashraf with his offer.
