India's mortality rate is lowest in world: Dr Harsh Vardhan on COVID-19

Minister of Health and Family Welfare Harsh Vardhan had an exclusive chat with ABP News in which he revealed that after 10 lakh tests, only 40,000 cases of Coronavirus surfaced. "The situation is completely under control. The central government is aware of the situations in various states and accordingly steps are being taken. Relaxations are being provided as government knows the exact situation of India. India performed well amid the crises," Harsh Vardhan added
