IMA Doctors stage protest against 'Mixopathy'

Indian Medical Association doctors staged a protest against 'mixopathy'. It is basically a term used to describe the practice of integrating different kinds of alternative medicine systems, like homeopathy and Ayurveda, with modern medical science. Recently, the government's decision to allow post-graduate Ayurveda doctors to perform select medical procedures has been termed as unscientific. Dr. Jayesh, IMA, General Secretary says, this decision is not scientific and with limited training of the doctors, it will be fatal for the patients.
