ICMR directs states to speed up 'antibody tests'

Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has directed all the state governments to conduct 'antibody tests' rapidly. The Ministry of Home Affairs issued guidelines of 'Unlock-1' which is divided into three phases. Most of the things are set to reopen in June phase-wise.
