HP DGP warns to invoke Sec 307 for hiding Markaz connection
DGP of Himachal Pradesh had announced on Sunday that Indian Penal Code's (IPC) Section 307 (Attempt to murder) would be invoked if the residents of the state themselves do not reveal their Tablighi Jamaat connection. The deadline is 5 pm on Monday. The decision had been taken as the deadly coronavirus had been spreading rapidly in the state. Until, Tablighi Jamaat event, Himachal Pradesh had only two cases
